Dear Electric Blanket and Heaters
I have just received my Electricity account and think that it is time that we part ways!
I can’t begin to explain what you mean to me and how much I have loved the warmth you
have surrounded me with!
When I needed you, I just pushed the right buttons and you were there for me.
It would have been a long a cold winter without you, this very evening I look on as I see the evening temperature forecast! ZERO degrees it says –
please don’t give me the cold shoulder yet!
I think I may need a second bond to cover this bill, so I really think it’s time.
HOWEVER I never think very well when I am cold, so I will gather up some accounts and do
A cost analysis – no need punishing you and abandoning you to the cupboard if it isn’t even
your fault!
So, before we go giving each other the cold shoulder and playing the blame game, lets
blame the government as I am sure it is their heaters I am firing up with my increased
account!
